My work truck blew a 2.5l engine. I had an extra s10 2.8l sitting in the yard so I decided to take the engine and trans. The local g.m. dealer has been a big help but the no longer have a wiring diagram for an 1986 s10 pickup 2.8l. v6 2wd standard trans. I did the swap this week. The injectors will not fire because ecu fuse # 1 blows every time the key goes to the on position. If i unplug oil pressure relay connector(next to fuel pump relay if there is no a/c)the fuse doesn't blow. I think the problem is with a grey wire going in to the oil pressure relay connector. Any help would be great. Thanks for your time.
