I found Spring Tech 3 inch drop leaf springs. For 142.45 plus shipping.

I'm doing a 3/3 drop on my truck. And am wondering if anyone knows how good they are. I'm not gonna lie. I just really like the price.

Spring-Tech doesn't make suspension...DUMB ASS. They sell chassis techs shit with their name on it. Shop is by my house ASSHOLE

Also I'm not saying chassis tech or AIM is a good company but their static suspension has worked out fine for 3 years on my truck.

Like i said its a hot rod shop and spring tech suspension max have an office there and part of the warehouse area for all the parts. They dont make anything there. Like i said im not saying Chassis tech is a good company and i know most of their air ride parts arn't that good but Static suspension is Static suspension, it doenst make a difference with what brand name it is. If you want to pay more for a specific Brand Name then go for it.

Quality of welds(shackles, flip kits, notches, etc), quality of the cast used to make the spindles, and the quality of the steel for that matter. There is a guy on fullsizechevy.com that had their flip kit for less than a year and it broke. AIM tried to say it was because he was drag racing it even though the engine was pretty much stock. So yeah there is a difference.

Well i have there spindles springs and blocks for 3 years with out any problems and im saying there is no difference besides name.

Its not going to break. If you can get drop leafs for a better price then belltech or other brands then i would say go with it and save some money.

^ right.

Sometimes you pay for the brand (K&N intake example vs. ebay intake) but when dealing with suspension i'd like to know that the product is made from quality steel. Stick with DJM or belltech.

Well if my spindle broke then i might say the same thing but ive probably put 40k to 50k miles on spring tech suspension so that why i dont have a problem with it plus with it was right down the street so i saved money also by not paying for shipping.

I don't want crap breaking on me. Im doing drop coils up front. And decided on drop leafs in back. Don't really like the idea of 3 inch blocks.

I am looking for something that will make my S10 handle better. And have a smooth ride.
If you're just needing 3" then get some Blocks from JTR. They're solid aluminum. I have setbacks, 2" blocks, and 3* shims. It's a tad over a 2.5" drop. Also for handling/ride go with Nitro 2 shocks.

ok no problem.. Like i said im not sticking up for AIM i know there customer service and air ride parts suck. I didnt know spring tech was chassis tech until i went to the shop, the price was right, and no shipping so i tried it out.

Im just letting people know that there shop or at least where their office is in that google map link doesnt make any parts and that the spindles were stamped chassis tech.

So so far ive put alot of miles on the kit and no problems so i dont have any complaints yet.

Well i understand that some people dont have a shop right down the street for suspension and there only choice is to have it shipped to them. So if that was my case i probably would of spent extra and got belltech just to make sure i wasnt going to have any problems.

But if something happens i can at least drive down to there shop and hopefully get things taken care of the same day.
