Awesome man, I know the feeling lol. Been doing this build for 3 years now.

Bed is cut, fitted, and wheel tubs installed. I have some trick plans for the bed, stay posted!

Thanks man. Finally made a little more progress on the truck, we've all had a shit ton of stuff going on lately. The backhalf will be 100% done this weekend along with the cage. I'd love to have it all painted with Por15 by Monday but we'll see how that goes. Got my Harwood hood in :)

Got Dzus rails coming for it too. It's a pin-on type. Figured if I'm buying a hood I might as well lose a bunch of weight from doing so. After installing the Dzus rails, removing all the stock hood hardware, and the weight difference in stock vs. this fiberglass unit it'll save about 50lbs off the nose.

Total weight reduction up front so far:
Hood
Control Arms (upper/lower tubular)
Aluminum Coilovers
Forged Aluminum Brakes
Removed stock steel/brass brake line blocks, replacing with lightweight aluminum T's
Lightweight Forged Master Cylinder (manual brake conversion)
Kirkey 20" Seats - With covers.
No A/C (came with heater only)
ATI Aluminum Balancer - without A/C drive
Wheel tub delete - May put carbon fiber panels in with Dzus fasteners
Modified drop spindles

Guesstimating total weight savings thus far to be 150-200lbs.

Clean truck man can't wait to see more progress!
Thanks! It's coming together slowly but surely.

We're making a lot of progress, once the chassis work is done it's all down hill really. The fuel system and electrical is easy and is something I can do when I get home from work/school. The chassis stuff is left to the chassis pro's lol.

Got the rear x-brace installed. Going to put another tube from the rails to the x to stiffen it up a little more. Should be nice and clean/stealth once the bed cover is on.

Main hoop is pushed up and back as far as we could get it. Once the interior is painted and the windows tinted you'll never see the cage. Unless you see it when I open the door lol.

Hood clears really well. I'd say there's a good 1.5" above the intake manifold.

I really like the stealth look. I was planing to use the same idea if I ever put a cage in mine. Awesome build!!!

I ran my cage through the cab also. Wanted to hide it as well. Looking good!
Nice! Thanks, it'll be up and running soon. Getting my harness started this week. Btw, if y'all or anyone you know needs a LS swap harness for these deals I'm a dealer for custom made harnesses just let me know :)

It'll be pretty stealthy once the black aluminum bed cover panels are in. The only thing that isn't stealth is the hood and my racepak dash :( lol

Long time no update lol...

Black anodized aluminum bed cover will be done this week. Same material for new custom inner fenders will be done this week. Got some cool Quik-Latch fasteners for the hood mounting and bed panel deal. Door bars should be in it tonight. Both Kirkey's are mounted, just had a lot of other stuff going on lately. Radiator will be notched/recessed into the core support with hard aluminum tube radiator hoses. Engine harness will be here Wednesday. Ordered a PowerMaster starter, didn't want to use the old one I had probably just keep it as a spare. Also got the Dana 60 Moser cover so it'll be super clean looking under the truck. More pics soon to come this week....
